We offer FREE Medical Transportation for medicaid patients in the Western Suburbs of Chicago via service car and medivan (wheelchair accessible vans).   How are we able to provide such a service?  We are part of the Illinois HFS transportation network of providers.  How can you participate in this service and use Quick Vanns as a provider? 

1. Contact First Transit -- (877) 725-0569 to get registered as a state participant of the HFS state medical program. 
2. Setup your doctors appointment(s). 
3. Call us for a pickup appointment.
4. Call First Transit and ask for a Prior Approval Number for Quick Vanns for your doctor appointment(s).
5. Give us the Prior Approval Number and you are all set!

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE MEDICAID, WE ACCEPT PRIVATE PAY TRIPS.
